Assignment#20 birth song

Run To You
Whitney Houston
Written by Allan Rich, Jud Friedman

I know that when you look at me
There's so much that you just don't see
But if you would only take the time
I know in my heart you'd find
A girl who's scared sometimes
Who isn't always strong
Can't you see the hurt in me?
I feel so all alone

I wanna run to you (oooh)
I wanna run to you (oooh)
Won't you hold me in your arms
And keep me safe from harm
I wanna run to you (oooh)
But if I come to you (oooh)
Tell me, will you stay or will you run away

Each day, each day I play the role
Of someone always in control
But at night I come home and turn the key
There's nobody there, no one cares for me
What's the sense of trying hard to find your dreams
Without someone to share it with
Tell me what does it mean?

(chorus)

I need you here
I need you here to wipe away my tears
To kiss away my fears
If you only knew how much...

assignment #18- Typography practice portrait

I really like this photo because this is a story of a girl. I cant read the words, but the picture of the girl tell me a story. The story of a girl connecting with nature. She looks amazed. That is why I really like this photo.

This is a photo of a man who race is unknown. I think he is black by the shades of his face. The words that stand out is beautiful. I love the spaces in his face and the font changes in his face.
I love this photo because I love the colors in this picture. I really like the shape of all the letters. This looks like its not all words. I like the different space too.

Typography is when you make a complete image with just words. You really have to work really hard.

I've chosen to represent this piece because this piece is a reflection of my soul. Every good thing that is in me was birth here.
